Would not recommend

Terrible customer service! I contacted proglaze for a quote and found out shortly afterwards that they had sent all of my personal details to someone else. Upon asking to raise a complaint I got a reply which was rude, sarcastic and insinuated that I could not afford the job. I leave the decision of if you want to use people like this up to you! ". to you. "I am genuinely sorry for this error" The lady that received the quotation was elderly and was kind enough to call us back. I do not think that she will be a serious threat to you! I am also sorry that our quote is more that you were expecting. We do supply quality workmanship and materials and I can understand if it is beyond your means. Finally what is it like to be perfect? Have you never made a genuine mistake, apologised for it and had the apology thrown back at you !! Perhaps I should not be so honest in future, I will just make and excuse and lie !!
