I do too had a simular thing happen to me, obvisously coming back from holiday can be stressful and you need to know your cab is going to be there, getting there was no problem, coming back our cab wasnt there when i called we were told told to use another cab company as they cant spare anyone for our agreed pick up from the airport as there arent any cabs going to heathrow??? not happy.

unbelievable
I booked this company for a return trip to gatwick about 2 months in advance. I phoned them the day before my trip to make sure of my pickup time. I just asked how long we would need to allow for the journey and the man started raising his voice and was very rude saying he is fed up with people asking him questions about this and that as nobody takes any bl---y notice of him anyway . He went on and on moaning about us customers it was quite a shock to me.I rang off and managed to book another cab company so I rang him back and told him that I did not want him to take me to the airport because of his rudeness to me. If this is how he treats his customers I do not know how he has any customers.I will never book them again or recommend them
