I had to contact Badai uk and emailed them Sunday evening. First thing Monday morning I was contacted by them offering to replace my product immediatly and just to send it in. What helpful people, Sharon you are a star! This is customer service at it's best. Nice, friendly people wanting to help you and who go that extra mile. Wonderful.
