• TERRIBLE customer service and rude manager.

  - i was charged for a treatment i did not have- the manager forced me to pay, he was rude, unprofessional and arrogant. i would never ever go back there or recommend it to anyone. its a shame because the ladies that work there are lovely... out of principle i will not give my money to a manager who doesn't care about customer satisfaction and service but only profit.

• Changed my life

  I have only recently started comming to trendsetters to have my weave fitted as the last salson i went to didnt do a very good job. All Of the girls that work there are lovely and made me feel very comftable and were very understanding. Unlike the previous salon i went to, trendsetters explained all i needed to no about caring for my hair extentions, and it has made a big difference. I will continue to go to trendsetters, I think they are GREAT!!

  I would like to say how touched my mother was by the professional and confidential treatment she got when she was buying a wig. The staff were very sensitive and understanding. She felt they really understood the needs of older people and respected her and had time for her. Thankyou very much.

• The best

  I am a hairdresser but I go to Trendsetters for my weaves because my salon can't do them. These ladies really know how to do it and they have all the colours and types of hair, it's amazing. Of course you get moaners, some people try to take the mick but that's life in a salon. Trendsetters are best at what they do.

• Personal touch

  I love going to Trendsetters. They have a personal touch which you won't get in many other salons and they take care to make sure I'm getting what I want. They have looked after my hair for years and I'd never go anywhere else.

• Excellent salon experiences

  I have been going to trendsetters for my extensions for the past four years and in all that time the girls have always been friendly and courteous to me. I have my hair coloured by natalie then have my weave fitted by either steph, claire and sometimes yasmin does my hair. I have always been pleased with the weave. My hair has been matched downstairs in the natural light and I always participate in the matching and secting of my extensions. To be honest it does not seem like we are talking about the same place
