We are an Authentic Old Fashioned Sweet Shop - right down to the tinkly bell on the door - it is a family run business based in our local area of Bitterne Park in Southampton we Offer sweets from jars - which line our shelves and we have a large selection - in weigh out at 100gms and we have a pick n mix selection available. We have Sugar Free Sweets available in our Jars and a small selection of Halal Sweets upon request. We have been in business since September 08

Ever wanted to feel like a Kid in a Sweet Shop

Hi There Ever wanted to feel like a "Kid in a Sweet Shop" well now you can because Sweet Sues is "bringing back sweet memories" to children of all ages even the big kids who thought they had outgrown such fun of choosing sweets from jars. The Jars line the shelves as can be seen from our website www.sweetsues.co.uk and to make things even better the smell as you enter the shop is filled with the promise of sweet things to come. The bell on the door is reminicent of childhood too with a nice tinkley sound. You get your collecting pot and fill it to the brim with the Pick and Mix selection of choice then bring it to the counter for counting and then either Becky or I count it out for you. We often get new customers in who say "I did not know you were here" because we are tucked away on the corner of two roads Manor Farm and River View and new people coming to Riverside park always are delighted to find we exist. We are lucky enough to be able to supply New Forest Ice Cream and Tropical Ice Slush drinks which in the winter we are hoping to exchange for a nice cup of tea or coffee or hot chocolate to take on a walk by the river when the cobwebs of being indoors are needing to be cleared.We have made lots of new friends since we started up and we would be delighted to make some brand new ones too.
