  Awareness has to be raised about the false claims of this company. They are NOT a reputable company. Most tenants do not stay with this company. They cut corners and charge over the odds. If there are problems, sure, they have a 24 hour maintenance team, BUT they will only do work they have to. And to a very poor standard. BEWARE 'typical examples' of their kitchens and living rooms are not as they appear on the website. They are of poor quality and often have no windows as the company tries to cram as many rooms into the house as possible. The contracts are dodgy. Very. They have extra sections over the SASSH approved and if you question this they say 'sign it or don't' The bully you in to it, preying off unexperienced students. BE CAREFUL when going through the inventory. Document EVERYTHING and take photos of it all. They have a tendancy to screw you over at the end of the year. They took money off us for the attrocious quality of the sofas in our living room (they are shocking quality and tear if you sit on them). They were like this when we moved in and took money off the people before us as well. Yet they never replaced them and still have not. They are making a profit on them! Also, beware of their claim for deposit protection. They make you pay it in the contract when they should be paying it according to the scheme. They then make it ridiculously complicated to dispute the deductions. Beware of dealing with Student No Fee.
