Well, we just updated our Remote Support software to the latest version, and it's running really well, allowing us to help customers faster, and for less cost. If their Broadband connection is working (i.e. if they can see web pages okay) then we can hook up to our customers' PC or Mac and solve software problems without having to visit them in person.
It's great for us because it saves on travel, great for them because we can charge less for Remote Support, and great for the environment too. I think we'll go out and buy some green polo shirts! (Only joking guys....).
Our backup service is working really well now too, giving peace of mind for all our customers in an otherwise worrying time. The last thing you need when things are tight is to lose your customer database too!
Time to go fix more PCs...
