True Caribbean Food

We visited Hudsons this week and found the food superb. The setting is basic and just the kind of place you'd expect real, home grown caribbean food to come from. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I LOVE caribbean food and am so happy to have found somewhere to get good quality food in Southampton....and they deliver!

Makes a night at S.F.C. Paletable

I discovered Hudson's purely by chance a few weeks back when going to an evening match at St Mary's. The football was a disaster, but the food at Hudson's was stunning. Every time I go to a match I go to Hudson's to cheer myself up, try the saltfish, it rocks...

Hudsons rocks!!!!!

This is my totally favourite restaurant in Southampton, it just blows all the others out the window!!! I had never tried caribean food before and now i can't get enough of it. Fresh ingredients, freshly cooked and they are so incredibly friendly. Great atmosphere for friends, couples and groups,. It's so laid back, you can just eat, drink and spend hours having fun. It is my monthly, i wish weekly place to eat! Hudsons...WOO!!!!
