Brief description

Phoenix Day Care Services is a small day service that provides care for older people with mental health problems such as dementia and supports people who have learning disabilities and mental health issues. The service specialises in the care of people with a dual diagnosis of a learning disability together with dementia. The Care Service operates daily Monday to Friday.

Any Specialist Products or Services?

The Day Care Service caters for two client groups, older people with mental health problems, such as dementia, and people who have learning disabilities and mental health issues. The service specialises in care for the persons with the dual diagnosis of a learning disability together with dementia. We also offer a sitting service by prior arrangement for people who require care for short periods of time during the day (minimum of 2 hours) an informal set up visit would be required.
