  I am recovering from a knee repalcement operation and found difficulty bending my knee enough to ride my bike. I happened to read that there was a class being held specificially for my type of knee operation. I have now been to 5 classes and the advice given to me by the Physio and the exercises recommended have improved the muscle strength around my knee joint. I now notice my knee is far more flexable and I can ride my bike pain free. I am now trying to improve my balance on a special "wobble" board but that is prooving really difficult - but Adam - the Physio and Emily the Sports Therapist are both very patient and positive and give me loads of encouragement.

  Five months ago I had a hip operation in New Zealand. I am presently staying with my sister for recouperation and followed up on a leaflet that was dropped through the door. I was invited to a hip/knee replacement class I am finding it very beneficial as it is strenghtening up back and leg muscles and I am able to walk further giving me the benefit of a quicker recovery. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has had a hip replacement operation.

  comprehensive explaination with diagrams of injury. Excellent course of treatment that delivered a fast recovery. Would definitely use again

• Speedy Recovery from Hamstrings injury

  I was most impressed with this clinic. Everything was carefully explained to me and the treatment was very professional. I recovered much quicker than expected and I believe this was due to the treatment and the exercises I was given. Great service, thanks.

• Excellent care for torn hamstrings

  I attended the clinic as I had torn my hamstrings playing cricket. I was most impressed with the way the treatment was explained to me and with the professional way treatment was carried out. I was back playing cricket much sooner than I expected and I am sure this was due to the treatment and exercises I was given at the clinic. I would certainly recommend it to anyone else. • Acqupuncture was a total success

  I had one acupuncture session on my extremely tender elbow. I am now pain free and can straighten my arm completely and have got full movement in it. Something I have not been able to do for 2 months since my accident I am so very grateful and would certainly recommend acupuncture for pain relief. I would definitely use this Clinic again. My Partner is having a knee replacement shortly so he will be booked in for physio. I found the Physiotherapist extremely professional and very caring. Marcia Smith (Somerset)
