BAD SERVICE

Be aware when using this company for your next mobile phone. My experience of them has not been good. I purchased a phone from them online and was unaware of a 3 month free insurance policy(thereafter �£5.99 a month) - had problems with the phone so I sent it back within the agreed cooling off period. Only they 'forgot' to cancel the contract with vodafone within the agreed cooling off period - so i was stumped with a �£1200 bill. Eventually that all got sorted with Mobile Phones Direct, but 3 months down the line i has a debit come out of my back for CITY ADMINISTRATOR (a mobile phone insurance company) for �£5.99, I contacted them on the 30th September and told them, then i got an email on the 4th October saying that they would refund me and would take 5 working days, - did not happen! - so i contacted them again on the 19th October spoke to a guy called martin who was dealing with it, he verified my account details - all ok, and sent the request to thier finance dept again - called again today (23rd October) and as of yet still nothing has been credited. taking people for a fool??? - Make your own mind up!
