    Poor service, ended up with phone that really isnt up to much - always turning off, always losing signal, internet access comes and goes. Staff had already begrudgingly replaced the original handset after 3 weeks but no improvement on issues. Had been told insurance had been set up on the handset at time of purchase - called to see if I could claim through this - no policy set up - store error. Store not prepared to offer and assistance re change of handset or service provider or help with their error on insurance policy. Spoke with manager who was going to look into the matters and call me back THAT day - 4 days later - no returned call - despite ringing several times for updates/response. At time of purchase staff were more interested in smoke breaks, food breaks and leaving work early to go to a football match - should have known from the attitude at the time and that paperwork had to be reprinted 4 times before all details were correct that it was a BAD idea - will not use again!!
