She took the money I left in my apartment for 3 hours of work, but my neighbour told me that she was there only for 40 minutes. Of course I dumped her, but now she doesn't want to return the key to my flat. Also, when I try to contact her by phone, as soon as she hears my voice she hangs up. Not sure whether this is the proper way to deal with customers...

Very disappointed!

She's the most unprofessional person I've ever known. She doesn't turn up without even letting me know, she asks for money when it's not due and she cannot even read her own contract, refusing to accept payments by cheque when they were allowed in the contract. Oh... and the quality of the cleaning is nothing special anyway...
