About Us

We are an indepdent health food shop, selling specialist foods, such as wheat free, dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, diabetic. Much of what we sell is organic. We have a good range of natural personal care products, and eco friendly household products. We have a wide range of branded vitamins, herbal supplements, and homeopathic remedies. We also stock books, some Fair Trade items, also crystal jewellry, and healing stones. You can benefit from a wide range of complementary therapies and our chiropodist is available 5 days a week.

We are very friendly, and will do our best to help you, and offer good advice. If we don't have what you're looking for we'll do our best to get it for you. A wide range of our products are available to order from our website. Currently we offer free delivery to people living in SO18/SO19 who place telephone orders. We are also happy to supply bulk purchase, at a discount, if there is something that you use a lot of. As the only independent health food shop in Southampton we are definately worth a visit! Parking is free in Bitterne for less than 5 hours.
