The first impressions were not good. the waiting room is in need of an overhaul and the staff member on reception was not very friendly. The treatment I have received has been extremely poor having lost replaced fillings within days on several occasions and once before I had even left the surgery! If you are not the first appointment of the day they are often running 30 - 40 minutes behind schedule and once I had to wait over an hour with no explanation given. With so few NHS dentists taking patients I am afraid that I am stuck with them.
