I ordered 4 items. 1 was out of stock but according to their website would be in the following day. It took 10 days to deliver my goods. Of the four items 1 was faulty. The faulty item of course was the one that was out of stock. I notified them by phone of the fault and support ticket was issued promptly on my login on their website. Absolutely nothing happened for 7 days despite me communicating via their website. When I rang them to find out what was happening they put a email & message to say I had to post it back for repair or replacement. After a fairly brief telephone conversation it was very obvious my custom was not important to them
