  This agent did not fulfil their obligations as my agent, nor meet the criteria and duties as laid out in their own Management Services pack. Tenants and Landlords are NOT members of the National Association of Property Professionals (previously known as ARLA and NAEA), so to any prospective client or tenant I recommend you think carefully before dealing with them, as there is no professional body to assist you if things go wrong, as they have with me.

  I have found Tenants and Landlords very helpful. I found it very difficult to find somewhere to live that was in the price range and area I was looking for. Ms Sheila Harmon helped me tremendously.
