Just Jump provides a unique opportunity for people with special needs to experience the thrill of rebound therapy and trampolining ! Exercises on the trampoline improve muscle tone for those with limited mobility, and flexibility in those whose physical condition causes muscle rigidity. Balance and spatial awareness is also improved using the trampoline, building confidence in movement. Participation at all skill levels is encouraged at Just Jump. Just Jump has been providing rebound therapy and trampilining sessions for people with diabilities for several years now. During this time we have established a reputation with support providers,carers and health professionals for it's friendly and sensitive approach to people with varied and often complex needs. Just Jump's coaches are dedicated to providing quality trampolining, rebound and movement to their customers. Customers can access the trampolines via suitable steps, mobile hoist or climbing onto the trampoline.
