Indigo House Sales and Lettings Ltd is a privately owned family run business who give a personal, professional service to all of our customers.

We opened our first branch in the east of Southampton in Bitterne and will be shortly opening branches to the north of Southampton and in the City Centre itself.

Although a relatively young company in business terms, Indigo House has already established a strong position in the property sales, lettings and property management marketplace, driven by a large customer base and experienced motivated staff.

We're dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to Vendors, Landlords and their properties. We offer sound, professional advice and help to achieve the maximum sale or rental income possible for your property, while at the same time avoiding common pitfalls.

We sell and let all types of property, from city studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments through to prestige homes in the city and the suburbs. Our main policy is that we like to specialise in quality properties. The condition of a flat or house is often the deciding factor for potential applicants. Our Clients are usually prepared to pay more to get more and there's no doubt that a property in first-class order can achieve a higher value and will generally sell or let easily. It's always in the Vendor's and Landlord's best interest to make sure the property is put on the market in the best possible decorative state. For lettings the better condition a property is at the beginning of the tenancy, the better looked after it will be throughout the tenancy.
