• Avoid like the plague!!

  I bought a car from the Totton branch and strongly recommend no-one ever makes the same mistake. Not only were the salesmen, pushy but also merely serving their purpose - the car's repairs had not been completed upon delivery and it took several attempts to get that part sorted after money had changed hands. Since then we have had problems with the vehicle, none of which Nu Car have accepted responsibility for. In addition i too was robbed of a promotion (free Sat Nav) when purchasing the vehicle, as despite only having to "buy a vehicle and drive away", i was not entitled to it?

  i brought a car from the site in farlington and was really impressed with the whole set up , they really looked after me. i had a small problem with the car afterwards and they dealt with it professionaly and sorted it straight away. would deff recomend.

• NU car (SOUTHAMPTON)

  When I got my car from here I said I wanted to go for the 0% interest. They had to order in my car so I had to pay £500 deposit. When I came to sign all the paper work I found out I didn't have the 0% interest as agreed but it was too late to pull out as I'd loose the deposit. I had also been pressured into buying extras like extended warranty which with the huge interest percentage ended up costing me £850. I was recommended by a friend so should have received a yrs free tax and the friend £100 but they didn't. I felt tricked by the salesmen and would never recommend anyone.

• Nu Car Southampton

  I bought a car from here about a year ago, a friend told me about this place. They sell only used diesel cars. The salesperson that dealt with me was really patient in helping me decide which car i wanted. I think they have some other centres you can go to, i went to the one in southampton but apparently there is one in porstmouth too. I would use this place again as i havent had any problems, so far!
