Excellent service and very fast

Necessity finally overcame the embarrassment of spilling coffee on my laptop. Riktek came out that day and had the machine recovered and keyboard replaced in 48 hours. Now it works better than it did before I broke it. I have passed their details on to all my friends.

Rapid Response

Having had the need for Richard to again come to my aid when my laptop was playing up, he responded in the evening and had my laptop back to me by the following day. He is very knowledgable and helpful and his rates are suprisingly low!. I have recommended his business on numerous occasions and will continue to use his skils when needed.

Great Service

Richard was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I was having problems with my PC for sometime and I finally decided to call someone about it. Richard knew the problems over the phone and it didn't take him long to sort me out at all. His rates are very fair and competitive and I will be using him again. Thanks Richard! :)
