Fantastic fun for kids & a great workout for adults!

The Southern Sport Karate Organisation offers a great mix of fun, and discipline for the kids (who love it by the way), and for the adults who gain an excellent workout while learning a practical self-defence. The instructor (Paul) has a great repour with all his students. I would recommend the "SSKO" to anyone wanting to try out a martial art in a friendly club atmosphere!!
