  rubbish, everytime you want something fixed you have to '' leave it with them'' i asked about some tyres and bits and the lazy slob behind the desk didnt even get up to serve me. i asked him if he could fit some tyres and a cassette on my bike, costing around £100, his reply was '' you can leave it with me'', he wasnt even doing anything at the time. This is not how you run a succsessfull buisness. i would advise everyone to boycot this shop until they close down, TEACH them a lesson. read the top review he only wanted to change the chain and cassette a job that should take them a maximum of 3 hours to do and they told him come back in 3 days. what a joke

• Good, trustworthy Service

  Had a broken chain, needed urgent support which the hub offered over the telephone. They were clear about if the chain was not OK they would then need to change cogs and chain in which case the bike would be sorted out in 3 days. I dropped in as a new customer without an appointment and they did exactly what they said they would, no problem. The service provided was outstanding and when my bike needs a service or a new bike they will get my business

• Amazing service

  The hub is a cool looking bike shop i found in southampton. The staff realy know there stuff and know how to fit a bike to your needs and your budget.
