We were looking for accommodation when visiting Southampton University with our son and his friend. Victoria Mews was excellent value for money. The outside does not do justice to the interior. We found the rooms to be extremely clean and very well equipped and would not hesitate to revisit. Our room downstairs had a cooker, microwave, washing machine and was also adequately equipped with utensils, washing up liquid, towels etc. The lads room upstairs was similarly equipped but did not have a cooker-just a microwave. Their room had a small balcony which overlooked the high street and was very bright and sunny. The owner was also very helpful and friendly. We were able to park our car up the little lane leading to the entrance.
