Did What I Thought

They offer support on the product you have been trained in but as soon as you try to get in contact - nothing. So if I was to use them as they offer support as well as a curricuum followed course then I wouldn't bother. The course is virtually working your way though a book which you can probably do at home anyway.

Freindly and professional

Couldn't really think of anything else. The class was small, only three other students and the trainer spent time with all of us the cake and coffee was great I would definitely go back again.

Professional and Friendly

These guys really know what they are about. The customers service is spot on. Not just good training from MCT's but good all round (tea, coffee, cake, biscuits, lunches and after course support as well) I would go again and recommend to all.
