Many people are quick to register a complaint but few raise awareness of good service. I went into eastleigh dreams to buy a bed for my son. We were given the best service out of all the places we had been to. my son has learning difficultys and shopping for anything is usually alot of effort. We were given full advice on all the diffrent options available and endid up getting a bed for myself too. they stuck to our delivery time almost to the hour, the drivers even carried both beds up stairs to our bedrooms. hope this is usefull.

My mother, who is disabled, bought an electronic bed a month ago from this company. We were assured delivery would be at our convenience. Assistant was fawning over us while taking the order and once she had my mothers money couldn't get us out of the shop quickly enough. The arranged delivery never happened as we were told we had "DROPPED OFF THE END OF THE DELIVERY SLOTS FOR THAT DAY". I had taken a day off of work especially to help mum get the bed sorted out, but company weren't interested. They finally offered us a free delivery on a Saturday, usually the charge for Saturdays is £10. I made four phone calls to company in all, was on hold for at least 20 mins every time, the longest on hold was 44 minutes. Found them to be unsympathetic towards us and the attitude was that they had our money so they weren't bothered about customer service. Bed supposed to be being delivered 25/8/2007 as a PRIORITY - this remains to be seen. I'm not holding my breath!
