• Far better than BMW dealership

  All round good garage - nice staff, good service and VERY good prices. Had been the the local dealership and paid over £900 to have an issue solved with the parking sensors that still do not work - Bartley did this, a service and several other repairs for under £450!!!! Car is now fixed! *Have posted this on behalf of a friend.*

• So So Service

  Standard Inspection II service completed as expected - all good. Everything done and no problem. Price very competitive, certainly compared to main dealer rates. Sadly the two items I specifically requested to be fixed weren't, one of which needed a new part. I chased them twice but no reply - in the end told they'd been very busy over those weeks. May use them again... Bit disappointed because they are local and came well recommended.

• Good advice thank you

  I am delighted to recommend Bartley for any BMW owner. They recently gave me some very good advice about the noisy turbo on my BMW 320D. The car was repaired much cheaper than I had been quoted elsewhere, feels much stronger and best of all no noise! I will certainly be returning to Bartley for servicing etc in the future.

• Bartley - nothing beats them

  I have used Bartley for several years (since them being recommended to me my a local BMW dealer). I have since advised varous friends and family that own BMS to use Bartley and they are all of the same high opinion as myself. The guys are very friendly & helpful. They are always there to answer any questions. They always stick to the adviced price (unlike dealerships I could mention). The costs are always at least half of the BMW dealerships prices. There are standard fixed prices for all levels of servicing so you know where you stand. Work has always been done as planned an on time. Courtesy vehicle available free of charge (unlike the dealerships). For quicker jobs it is fine to wait for the work to be done. GREAT BUSINESS!!!!

  I have used Bartley BMW Services for nearly five years. they were recommended to me by BMW themselves. for the "Mature" BMW, there is no finer company that I know of. Great service, use them with confidence
