Just 30 Minutes!
I am amazed! I instructed FPM Estate to let my newly built 3 Bedroom House in Chandlers Ford. They made the whole process so simple to understand and kept me informed throughout. After instruction was confirmed, they came and collected the keys from me. I received a phone call approximately 30 minutes later saying that it had been let. Truly amazing! - They say that the time taken to let my property has broken all records... They even carried out a free property inspection and found issues that I did not see when I originally purchased it from the builders. Thank you - lovely people to deal with. So Different. First Class service and commitment
We found that First Property Management offered us a fantastic service when we were looking to let our property. It felt like such a personal service which we found lacking in other agents in the area. The staff always had time for our enquiries and we always felt that ours was first in line. <P>We found the whole process very easy and re-assuring. We could as they say in their ads, 'Let them do all the work - all we had to do was sit back and relax'. A statement so true. <P>They were very quick and efficient in finding us a tenant for our property and with minimal fuss. <P>A job very thorough and very well done, because of First Property Managements commitment to service and because they treat you like real people and not a number we have placed our other properties with them for security and peace of mind. <P>We can thoroughly recommend First Property Management to anyone looking to either Landlords or Tenants. <P>Fantastic! <P></P> <P>
