  • 1 caused my house to flood

    After making an appointment to fit a wet room in my house they didn’t turn up or ring me to tell me that they were not coming. After quoting for the job when the electrician turned up he told me there wasn’t enough hours in the job and I had to put the cables in trunking all around two halls and kitchen rather than under the floor boards like the man who quoted the job said. The trunking was very badly put up fell off very bad joints and silicon all down the walls and touched the walls up with a completely different coloured paint a hole left by the electric meter (we know what kids are like with fingers and holes).he also kept moaning about how bad Total Care was to work for as they wouldn’t pay for his Hoover. I didn’t want to know this. When they went in the loft to do some pipe work they managed to pull the over flow into the loft and I had water pouring through my son’s bedroom ceiling all over his computer and other bits. When I phoned I was told to claim from my insurance and it was not there problem (this is bad workmanship) since then after leaving SEVERAL massages they won’t reply to sort this out. I had this put in to make my life easer regrettably not the case. I wish I never had total care in my house.
