  as a professional person and sole trader, i opted to use this printers to get me out of a tight spot, after going to the printers nearly everyday for an hour at a time,for what feels like 2 weeks. I only got half of the job done to my satifaction. Using my expensive speciality papers, mistakes were made paper was wasted. coming away lighter in the pocket!.. and the idea of going there was to save me time and money, they took up lots of my time and money. Although someone there worked very hard to get me the results i was after I'm afraid to say i didnt in the end. , to top it all off, when making one last trip .. AGAIN to finally pay the bill, I was told i was being "picky" over the price considering the time they had spent on it (wasting my paper and making it look completely different to how i wanted it) and then as their card payment machine didnt work, I had to trapse all over town for about 30 minutes trying to find a cash machine. Very friendly staff, will do anything for you but not nessacerily how you want it done. probarbly a great printers for colour copying, cutting, general printing on domestic papers, but if you have something a little out of the ordinary, dont bother.
