    Booked in for a Monday morning - i was phoned ten to eight saying the engineer had been delayed by another job and wouldnt be able to come at ten at the earliest. Waste of me taking morning off work. Gave them benefit of doubt and rebooked for the following Friday. No show, rang at nine and told that the engineer was not answering his phone and they didnt know where he was. AVOID!!!
