Rude & Arrogant

Looking for a local LPG fitter and saw previous review - I was ammazed as I have been treated in a similar fashion. The guy seemed friendly and reasonable at first and then turned very nasty and abusive when I phoned him after numerous broken appointments - must have some sort of disorder.

Engaged this Company on the 12/04/10 to carry out 10 year test on my 1 tonne LPG tank. Mr Steve Fidgeon , who I believe owns the Company has made SEVEN failed appointments over the last THREE months. Also in my orginal estimate he claims the valve needed to complete is in his stores but then says, verbally, that he's waiting for it ! Bad memory ? When I phoned himm today he launches in to a volley of abuse because I keep phoning him !!
