  this building has been renamed more times than something that has been renamed alot, saying that this venue whatever its called keeps getting better and better,from silly theme nights to lads night outs this venue makes you feel welcom and very rarely kicks you out when you drunk, always a plus.

• Avoid this place

  The bouncers are way too heavy handed to the point of violent, - A friend of mine was beaten up by the bouncers for no reason other than they thought he was drunk because he has a disability that affects his balance. Would you want to give your hard earned cash to these thugs when there are alternative venues around town? Nick, Eastleigh

• REFLEX BABY!

  went to reflex for my mates 18'th. funny as hell! they play nothing but 80's music but don't let that put you off thats what makes this place so fun. you end up unintentionally dancing like an idiot, it's ok because everyone you see does! The Reflex bar in Southampton has a very popular member who tends to be there from time to time, he is known as Disco Mark, he looks a bit odd but he can dance like John Travolta on speed. copy this link and it shows a clip of me when at reflex http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S6fegWQ7AT8
