Friendly, Helpful & Encouraging
I've been a member of the Zone for 4 months and have found it hard to drag myself away. They have a good variety of equipment as well as a the Ladyzone for the less confident. To add to this they have many different aerobic classes to suit all abilities every day. The staff are all so friendly and helpfull and really add a personal touch. The only thing lacking is a swimming pool but this is reflected in the membership price and for those non-swimmers, like myself, it's perfect!
