Good value for money.
+Points: Friendly, inexpensive and clean guest house. You get a cup of tea plus biscuits when you arrive, which is a nice touch especially after travelling or working. Breakfast good too.
-Points: You need to run the on-suite shower for about 5mins before any hot water comes out. Bathroom floor can be slippery too.
