Avoid with all costs!

I had them fit a log burning stove into my house in October 2008, they were more than happy to supply and fit this at the time and take my money! some �£1300 but they have failed to supply me a HETAS certificate and also the unit is not working correctly. The glass keeps blackning and it does not seem to give out much heat. I have tried calling them out to no avail, what do I do now as they seem to no longer be in business? Kind Regards, Matthew

Avoid these people

This is a place that sells fireplaces, gas fires and wood burning stoves. They seemed very efficient when we placed the order, but from that point on it was a nightmare. They took a deposit quite happily, then did nothing until we chased them up. All they gave were weak excuses, and they would not accept they were in the wrong by doing nothing. Definitely one to avoid.
