• TOTAL CONMEN AND THIEVES

  Do not trust southern finance as far as you could throw them, I went Bankrupt and settled a £2000 dept with them before i did i have all the recieps to proof it, This Bunch of conmen southern finance have now made a false claim to the reciever trying to double their money as a creditor, I owe southern finance absolutely Bugger all and that is why the official Reciever in Glouceter is busting their conning claim and doing them for FRAUD...Trust southern Finance at your peril

• Van finance

  I have paid on time for nearly two years i got into financial difficulties back in Sept 2008 but i carried on paying not missing any installments and also telling southern finance i was paying with difficulty, They were fine while i was paying when i defaulted after telling them yet again they went for me like a pack of wolves very rude aggressive tactics with threats of this an that, Financially i have had to go bankrupt in the end but i feel when i was asking southern finance for help they basically gave me the finger, I have now managed to settle my dept wit them after borrowing the money to pay of my dept so good riddance to a very bad unprofessional company..

• Car Finance

  Have to say I have found them marvelous. Currently have two arrangements running with no problems. Also get the option to charge them for the annual tax. Service has been commendable and would recommend to others.

• Southern finance

  This is the best finance company I have ever used, they are helpful and very professional in every respect. When I suffered bad health they allowed me to miss payments and then catch up by increasing the future installments. I can't fault them in anyway but you have to be honest with them.

• Southern Finance

  I have a vehicle partly financed by southern finance and i can honestly say i wish all companys were as understanding as them. I had some personal problems and they were very understanding and allowed me to make part payments to catch up on what i owed. I missed payments on several occasions but the freindly staff always tried to help me. Im now upto date with my payments and the finance will soon be coming to an end but i would say they have been the nicest company to deal with in respaect of arreas.

• I thought the service was good

  Got finance from this company after being rejected so many times, have had no issues and after 6 months i have cleared the account at a low early settlement.... customer service i also received was good, i would use them again

• They don't even get a star...

  I have finance with these people, and all they seem to care about is the money. When i left my job and got a new job - i wanted to change my payment dates - but i couldn't, they wouldn't let me. They said it was against policy or some rubbish. I am horrified at this. This has messed up my whole process of paying them, and they wonder why now - they don't get there money on time. If they won't change my payment dates then i have no choice but to make them wait for their money.
