Established 36 years as a window cleaning company, Business Premises Cleaning Services Ltd has grown to encompass a full range of cleaning operations carried out by trained, experienced staff. From small beginnings just covering the Southampton area the company has expanded to cover Hampshire and its five bordering counties while still retaining its personal approach to clients. The company still offers window cleaning services to businesses, educational establishments, facility companies etc using modern technology such as the Pure Water Pole System, abseiling technicians and High Access Equipment. We specialize in high access work, building fascia and maintenance cleaning, cladding cleaning, internal high level factory cleans, gutter cleaning etc. We have a team of I.R.A.T.A trained abseiling technicians able to carry out building inspections, repairs, as well as window cleaning etc. We have recently carried out a restoration programme on some buildings at The University of Southampton, jet washing the cladding using a ‘green’ product to bring the surface of these buildings back to life. We are constantly updating the products we use Another service on offer is that of Fire and Flood recovery, including drying out machines. We can send in a team to a fire site clear out and wash down ready for redecoration, sort, wash and box personal belongings ready for return. For flood damage, water is extracted and site deodorised/sanitised and dehumidifiers installed to aid the drying process. The main aim of the company is client satisfaction and this remains as relevant today as it was 36 years ago.
