warning;, dont rent or buy if this company is at the bottom of it. After a battle for a year, our new first home is a mountain of problems of which they dont seem to have the skill to finish. Its like it was built by complete novices.With Locks enstalled backwards for easy breaking and entering,along with patio doors being back to front letting in water into our lounge.Every shower enstalled in this building leaks, you ask for a shower to be fixed/tilling..they will send john doe, you want a lock/double glazing man they will send out john doe again,boiler gone wrong? just send round our expert John Doe.they couldnt even repair our doorbell!!so we did it ourselves..not even fased by the fact that we were blindfolded and our hands were tied with rope behind our backs.its a farse of a company!and every problem usually takes at least a month until it is resolved..although problem solving and compassion arent futures forte, so this doesnt happen very often.Not to mention you can NEVER Talk to anyone, exept for the snooty receptionist who seems to enjoy your misery(of corse you have to hold on phones for at least 20 minutes before you get to enjoy this pleasure.then it sounds like the receptionist is the only one there.he suggested i either leave another message of suffer with my cold water/no heating problem.beware!I could talk for hours about the problems we have had. please, we are begging...dont EVER use this company!!!
