Welcome to Karis Training, the provider of food hygiene training in the South of England. We offer courses in Level 2 Food Safety in Catering. Courses are held in 2 ways, individuals can sign up for a course we run on a monthly basis at Central Hall or if you have a group of 10 people or more, courses can be held at a time, date and venue that suits your work colleagues at affordable prices. The courses are fun and informative with lots of activities to help keep you engaged, PowerPoint presentation, DVD, group work, colourful work books and hand washing experiment.
Karis Training was established to provide food hygiene training to the catering industry including chefs, pubs, school breakfast clubs, churches, nursery workers, child minders, university caterers and hospitals.
I also run a catering business providing sandwich lunches, finger buffet cold fork buffets for business meeting, training events, parties and weddings etc.
